The Icon at Brickell Luxury waterfront condominium is an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind residential habitat, featuring signature designs by Yoo Design Studio inspired by Philippe Starck. The project was conceived by the World-Renowned Architecture Design firm Arquitectonica.

 

Prepare yourself when you drive in, you will enter a dark cave illuminated by the light emitted from the watchful eyes of the 100 sculptures inspired by the Maoi staues from the Easter Island. Each sculpture is unique in size, shape and finish. They all are 22-feet tall and bear the Starck Signature.

Icon Brickell is a three-tower, ten-acre enclave with 1,800 unique residences. Tower I (North Tower) and Tower II ( South Tower) are both 60 stories high and Tower III is 52 Stories high.

 

Tower III houses the exclusive Viceroy Miami (Hotels Resorts Residences) and "Club 50" designed by the accomplished designer Kelly Wearstler.
